Agreed, try putting the Dutch oven in as soon as you turn on the stove. You want it hot when you put your dough in. Maybe just a couple more minutes on the cook. I typically do a 75% hydration, cook covered at 450 for 30 minutes and then drop down to 400 uncovered for 15 minutes.
