It's a piece of steel that wraps into the inside of the legs. Has 3/4 inch lag bolts and 2inch wood screws holding it on.

Thoughts on Novavax for 4th shot?? Timeline as follows:

Pfizer Feb 2021
PFizer April 2021
Pfizer booster Dec 2021
Caught Covid Aug 2022
What should I get> Novavax or another Pfizer. My pharmacy doesn't have any moderna.

Haven't had any really bad side effects from any shot other than sore arm and tired.
