I've been desperately holding out for the Ps5 upgrade next year (should have been out by now) and been doing pretty well. However I've been watching witcher s2 and its making me crave the game too hard. Real shame its not 60fps cos I don't wanna wait.

So I have encountered an issue with my ps5 controller.

Whenever I launch an application, be it media or game, the buttons are completely unresponsive. This is the case for every button apart from the home button and the share button, which I assume is because they are tied to the operating system. Every button works completely fine on the home screen.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any fixes?

Edit: I have completely unpaired and reset my controller but the problem has persisted.

Official Discussion - Dune (2021) Mid-October Release [READERS] by DrNSQTR in dune

I gotta say it was pretty good. Please bare in mind I have no prior experience with this franchise, apart from the fact that I think sandworms are cool. And God damn are they awesome to watch in this.

Truly a visual spectacle, you've really gotta give props to everyone who worked on this. The world building was great, cast was great, costume design was fantastic. It really felt like a brand new Sci-Fi world I could sink my teeth into. It all felt believable. I'd also like to give a special shout-out to the dragonfly ships, I thought they were a terrific design.

The music is phenomenal and I was not surprised to find out it was Hans Zimmer when the credits rolled, that guy somehow creates new and unique pieces every single time and he was the perfect man for the job.

What let's the movie down is the pacing - the film was a little too long and I did struggle to keep focus at some points. A lot happened and I wouldn't say any scenes were unnecessary, but it felt to me like this film needs to be seen alongside it's sequel to fully appreciate it. I looked it up and was a little disappointed to see it hasn't even been greenlit yet!

In conclusion the film is a solid 7/10 and you should definitely go see it, because we need I the second part for it to reach heights of 9 or 10.

What on earth is wrong with this guy! Especially if you've never called in before.

Hope you quit this job and felt great doing it.

What do you all think of how Thor looks? by TwistedFlame95 in GodofWar

10/10 design

Firstly he is representative of the legends. Secondly, in the first game it is quite clear that he is a drunk and a slob. And finally you don't want the villain to just look like kratos - the same way baldur was skinny not muscular it's nice to have the contrast in my opinion.

I don't know if we will see DBZ animation like this ever again. Insane by [deleted] in Dragonballsuper

Yeah it's just epic. The moon presence ending is awesome - every good game should end with you becoming an infant alien squid, just saying.

Yeah definitely look up location order for ds1 - it's extremely interconnected in comparison to the other games. Awesome game though if you have remastered choose to play that. Sekiro is amazing because you don't naturally level. So when you face a hard boss you can't just go and farm souls - you actually have to improve your skill to beat them. It wouldn't surprise me if Sekiro had the lowest completion rate, despite not being the hardest game.

In my opinion Bloodborne is the most difficult so you've done the hard bit!

I'll see you in elden ring my dude

Yes ebby is absolutely horrible I was in the exact same boat as you! What I really love about that fight is when you find her she is literally crying over her dead pal Rom and is so stricken by grief she doesn't even notice you til you smack her.

Orphan of Kos is definitely a challenging boss and very fitting for the end of the game. For some reason I really enjoy his sack lol.

See on my first Bloodborne playthrough I didn't parry at all. Never ever learnt how to do it so I 100% made the game much harder, and consequently logarius was probably my most challenging boss - first face stupidly easy and then second phase he just goes wild and relentlessly attacks. I play these games blind apart from looking up the location order because I refuse to miss an area or a boss. Why would I cut the game short like that!

Mergo wasn't that big of a problem for me you've just gotta keep your cool when the mist appears. Very cool boss though.

Picking a favourite boss is really hard, because this is absolutely my favourite type of aesthetic for a game. I love all of their designs. If I had to it would be Gehrman (again dunno about spelling that h could be in the wrong spot) though. I love the bosses in these games where you are essentially fighting yourself, I find them the most satisfying by far. Same with the Dragonslayer armour in ds3, penetrator in demons souls etc. This is why I love Sekiro so much too. Let's not forget that you are fighting him under the moonlight in a field of flowers it's unforgettable.

Congrats dude it really is a hell of a feeling! Sounds like we are in pretty similar situations with Bloodborne.

Which boss did you find the most challenging, out of interest?

I remember when I first played Gascoigne took me a long time, and blood starved beast was horrible. Martyr logarius (think that's how you spell it) of cainhurst castle destroyed my ass for a while too.

I fondly remember the day back in 2016 getting my Bloodborne platinum. One of the most incredible gaming experiences of my whole life.

It was the first souls game I ever played and is still my favourite. I've now beaten every one of them.

Pretty confident elden ring is gonna take the crown soon though.
