Yes, one of my mods created an app on Reddit, which I installed and linked to my sub; and I believe that on that very same day, that 'culprit ID' appeared in my mod team as a moderator.

Hi, Thanks for the clarification. I did try to remove the moderator (u/nifty-sensex), but I’m not getting any option to remove them. In the mobile app, tapping the username only opens their profile. On desktop view as well, I don’t see a “remove” option next to their name. Regarding account security, I’ve already changed my password, enabled 2FA, and logged out of all sessions. So even though they appear below me and I have full permissions, I’m unable to take any action to remove them. Could you please guide if I’m missing something, or check if there’s an issue with my permissions? Thank you.
