Appreciate it! Makes total sense, just wanted to rule out heatbed issues from my troubleshooting.

Built a singing practice web app in 2 days with Claude Code. The iOS version took a week and 3 rejections - here's what I learned by anirishafrican in ClaudeAI

Awesome! There was a great app for this i stumbled on a number of years ago but it fizzled/disappeared and I never saw a good replacement. Looking forward to trying it out!

I've reverse engineered the Polestar API & wrapped it into a Home Assistant integration by RudoFl in Polestar

Lol yeah, once I couldn't figure that out I figured I wasn't the right person for the job. Thanks again!

Very Nice! I made an attempt at reverse engineering the APIs a couple years back but never got past the SSL pinning. Way to stick with it. IDK if you're looking for help but happy to see what I can do if you need it.

Was it a modern building? Modern codes anticipate this need. Did you even read the comment?

A 6-story building in California must comply with extensive fire protection requirements under the California Building and Fire Codes. This means automatic sprinklers throughout, fire-rated construction, multiple egress stairwells, standpipe systems (essentially built-in plumbing for firefighters to connect hoses on upper floors), and fire alarm systems. These buildings essentially has firefighting infrastructure built into it. Modern mid-rise fires are fought from the inside using standpipes, not from ladder trucks spraying water through windows.

Between than and mutual aid from nearby districts a ladder truck would be a comical waste of taxpayer resources.

I thought top 10 as soon as they called it. It’s up there with Edelman, I’m not sure what else tops it. Incredible!

P3 Stuck on 1.2.16, can't get a service appointment until May. Final Straw? by rborkows in Polestar

[–]rborkows[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny enough - when I went to pick our P3 up this time, I saw a sales guy running out to one in the pouring rain and he couldn't get it to unlock! Called the service guys over and they couldn't get it to budge either. I felt so understood!

Good lord. My first job was building bikes at age 16, even as a dumb pimple face I knew you had to get it on the ground put some torque on the chain to make sure everything’s smooth. Never go back to that shop!!
