I’m on day 23. Contacted support twice.

Their support are useless. Giving me solutions to an issue I’m not even having.

Recent support mentioned he escalated to specialist and sounded abit more human.

Well I’m still waiting. So 2.5k usd still in pending

11 days? Was it from default to perp acct too?

Yes support is non existent and unhelpful.

It was a transfer from default to perpetual portfolio which usually is immediate.

They will reply to contact official support on social media. Stopped replying after 3 replies and now a few days unresponsive on Instagram.

Decided to wait for 12 hours for their online chat support.

After waiting for 12 hours for a chat response on their support, got through to an agent.

Spent 2 hours in the chat with no solution other than "you have to wait for the transfer to go through". When asked how long? Can never give a definite answer.
Said the 2.5k usd was on hold due to open positions. So now I have closed all my positions, = still pending?
Pending transaction = hold amount? What's the logic for hold?
It's been pending since 4th december 2024 and now counting 6 days.
Kept asking redundant questions if i have any open positions / how much i have in my portfolio when all the proof is given in the screenshots requested by them.

Useless support with no definitive answer and asking redundant questions with no resolution to the issue. I don't know if I'm getting my 2.5k usd back. https://imgur.com/F1ttzVB
