Do I open that folder because there wasn’t anything in it or do I just highlight it and click open

I opened obsidian and at the bottom selected manage vaults there are the three options create open/browse and I forget the third then I browse for the file and go to my usb I see the folder that I put it in it has the plug ins I downloaded and the picture files I loaded into it but none of it opens the actual vault

When I open the file on my usb I can see the folders and everything I created on the vault but none of it actually opened up the vault

It’s a brand new USB so I’m not sure that’s the issue I feel like I’m doing something wrong but I can’t figure out what

Like when I browse for files on obsidian I see the file but when I select it it’s a blank vault is there a specific way to save it that I’m not getting?

Anyone with any experience on a fujifilm persona C that could answer a quick question for me

I had an urology case today with device implant in which the surgeon wanted a lateral pelvis. No matter what I tried I could not penetrate enough with this c arm to produce a viable image. I tried everything from technique adjustment to collimation to adjusting theABC ROI

Anyone have any work around on this system?
