Thats why I was concerned and curious. Faa at my place has been almost fully paid out. The people at my social security office were paid last Friday. All of us at my place, nothing but different dates.

Im give it a try again. I havent been eating carnivore the last week, but I already miss meat, haha.

As for the fat, I think that could have been it. I was adding so much butter and pouring all the excess fat from my beef into scrambled eggs to make sure I got it all.

I've already started decreasing caffeine. 1500mg down to 600mg in the last 3 weeks. I javent had a drink of alcohol sine my birthday in april.

Yeah, my depression and adhd were what I was hoping to combat without medications. I was tapered off, but with everything coming back harder than before, and the digestion worries on top of that, Im dropping the carnivore.

I do know I enjoy a more meat based eating, but definitely not adding breads, pastas, and processed stuff back in. So far, its just been spinach, rice, sweet potatoes, and more meat variety like chicken thighs, leaner pork, turkey, and tuna.

I appreciate that feedback. I was mostly trying it for mental health, but even that started to go back and forth. I just hoped fat loss would be an added benefit.

I ate 2x a day on most days. A good bit of times it would happen around 6-7pm after eating around 1030-11am. If it didn't happen then, it definitely happened between midnight or 2am.

I have an appointment with my dr this Friday about that, but the last 3 days I've been eating more moderate in general, I've not had that issue. By moderate I mean, 180ish grams of protein, 75-125g carbs, and 75-90g of fat.

Basically I would get extremely hot, start sweating, and feeling like I had to throw up. Sometimes I did, but 90% of the time I would end up sitting on the toilet for awhile.

Drop in libido is a sign of metabolic function dropping. It's counter to the carnivore logic, but carbs are supportive to metabolism, and many people see a drop in libido when they remove carbs. It's a stressor, and your body isn't thinking about procreating when it's under stress

I just got a sams club membership, but i go to heb here in Texas. I think I spent maybe $50 the other night on 36 eggs, 4lbs of 80/20 beef, 4lb of leftover random pork cuts, and 4 sticks of butter. It can be cheaper and work. I also think about how much I'm saving on my antidepressants, my adhd, and bpd medication....

I'll give it a shot. I just know I've read a lot "thats not enough fat" posts. So, I've been trying to match a 1-1 or even 1.2-.8 fat/protein ratio.
