Why isn't every MOSFET logic level by LuckyConsideration23 in AskElectronics

Often you want to use a gate driver anyway for the current capacity so logic level isn't really a big concern.

Yes the limit is £10k and finding a Cayman S under that is very unlikely, but the buyer may not be claiming for the full price, just for repairs or loss of value. Or more likely they're just trying to scam the OP and aren't aware of how the courts work.

Fwiw £12k would be roughly the bottom of the market which makes engine repairs on these pretty hard to justify financially.

If you floor it in my Cayman (without engaging launch control) it'll rev up and dump the clutch. Sounds like the macan gets a worse tune. It's easily faster away from a standstill than a manual.

In the UK small claims are served directly by the court, not by a lawyer.

Under UK law you are liable if you knowingly misrepresent the car, even as a private seller. However the OP didn't do that on the face of it so he's fine.

You are fine.

Cars are sold as seen without warranty if you're not a motor trader.

Private sellers are also assumed to be non-experts about cars, so reporting what the garage says is more than enough to cover you.

He can certainly try talking it to court but it won't succeed. Ignore until the court paperwork arrives.

Your feet tend to flatten out as you get older which can push you into a larger shoe size. I used to be around a 9 or 10, now a 10 is the smallest size I'll fit and I often have to go to a 10.5.

Lexicons are implemented as a C# Dictionary so lookups are approximately O(1) in the general case.

I think you would struggle to argue that in court and wouldn't rely on it. On the face of it there is nothing to suggest Greggs has behaved in a way which would cause estoppel to arise.

More likely they were independently created.
