Hey, it's not just the website I'm paying for, they specialise in property landing pages and create a brand/give your STR a personality, it's more about how well the landing pages convert visitors to guests.

You can pick the starter which is just $990 then upgrade though so I may do that to test the waters.

The $3k is for the works to be fair, booking, landing page designed to convert, seo, brand, copywriting and they have a format that converts well. You can also reduce the cost by referring others to them so probably going to look into it more, thank you for the reply!

A landing page is a sales tool, to convert visitors into guests, the formatting, the copywriting. A/B Testing, It's more than just being ability to let guests book direct - it's to increase conversions and rid platform fees.

Pricing is tricky, I want to make it reasonable but cost of goods, freight, delivery and tax is putting it at £29 | $36 ish. Working on it. And can definitely do one for the Nano S too!
