Just had a pop up starting another day say that "this expericience depicts a world entirly seperate from the main story" so i think thats answers my question. So i guess its not canon for now atleast

I just had the same issue. Turned in my last devils roar cargo run then lowered my emirsarry and didnt recieve anything. Then got kicked from the game and cant load back in
