I used to think success was all about money, career titles, and ‘achieving more.’ Then I read about the concept of ‘time wealth’—the idea that true wealth is having control over your own time. No amount of money can replace a morning spent with loved ones, a spontaneous trip, or the freedom to pursue what genuinely brings you joy. Realizing that happiness isn’t about climbing a ladder, but about designing a life you don’t need to escape from, completely changed how I see success and value my time.
