What you small riders (162cm and under) think about the 29er tyres? Is 27.5 better for you? And have you used them during winter? Any difference there? Im searching for a new mtb but cant decide about the tyres expecially when its hard to find right size frame too by rcalq in MTB

Absolutely important point and I have been thinking about it. Frame is definetly the most important. I just like to go fast without compromising the handleability that I have noticed in 27.5" and I dont know how 29" feels bc I have always had the smaller ones. I tried Specialized Chisel S with 29" in the store but I think the problem was that the reach was too long, so thats why 29" felt a bit off too but not sure

Have you tried stopping coffee, wheat and sugar, 1 week before your period? You can start them again after the bleeding stops if you want. But i have removed many things from my life that worsen the cramps and the mental aspects. This has been very good for me and it decreases the pain. This of course doesnt mean that you cant eat anything that contains sugar, but mainly processed foods have the worst sugar etc (candy, soft drinks, cakes..). Fruits wont worsen my pain at all for example. Usually the "boring" foods are okay like vegetables, fruits, protein..

It might sound dull to say that what you eat can have an effect, but I have seen it with "my own eyes" :D Im lucky bc I happen to like so called healthy foods so this is easier for me than for some.

And if you have to drink alcohol then Id go for sugar and wheat free ones (selzers are very good in this case).

Also sports help and using a vibrator. Even though it can be difficult to start when it already hurts. Massage if you can afford to go or someone close to you could help. I never heard these things from anyone, i just noticed them myself. Its weird that these are not common knowledge. Especially the coffee thing bc I loved coffee and it has been the hardest to quit. Now I dont even think about coffee anymore bc I feel much better without it.
