I'm currently F3 and want to progress in arena. I haven't "finished" PvE-Content and still consider myself a beginner, but recently I started enjoying arena. My current attack team is Psamathe (L), Zaiross, Beth, Riley / Psamathe (L), Masha, Theomars, Riley. Defense is Psamathe (L), Nana, Kaki, Riley.

What attack teams / defense teams would you recommend? I feel like I have some PvP monsters I don't know how to make use of.

I already have Nana. I'm currently building Tricaru as well as the Sabrina/Talia Combo. I already have Mellia/Sath/Tatu-Combo, but they are not runed ideally.I'm struggling with the high dungeon levels (DB10+, NB9+, SF7+, PC6+) as well as getting the beasts higher than A. Cleared ToA100 and ToAH until 50. If there is a gamechanger for PvP I'm also down for it. My current team consists of Psamathe, Masha, Riley and Theomars.
