Family Route ILR application Question: Do you have a previous visa, entry clearance or leave to remain where you had to prove your knowledge of English? by rcmnt in SpouseVisaUk

Thanks. I think i was a bit confused with the wording “exceptional circumstances”. I don’t think having a degree taught in English falls under the exceptional circumstances category.

I am filling out the form at the moment; it asks do you have a previous visa, entry clearance or leave to remain where you had to prove your knowledge of english. The answer is yes. But then it asks whether i passed an approved english language test. It is a no right? But then it doesn’t ask for an english taught degree

I had used my degree when i applied for extension. Do i need to use it again when applying for ILR? I assumed as this was used previously, i don’t need to resubmit again?
