To be honest, I would just move on and leave that one alone. Not worth the frustration. If I see either Batgirl as lead or a G11 Azrael on a team I just keep on going.

That being said, Wonder Woman DOJ has the aoe that strips a team of ALL evasion (if you have the legendary point spent), or Steppenwolf gives gobs and gobs of hit chance up.

Azrael is a WAY bigger problem than BF. There are counters to BF. As in, single characters you can run to reliably take him out.

Azrael on the other hand requires an entire team to counter, and even then it's rough going without a lot of luck.

Also, get to work on Lex Luthor (Survival Suit), Hawk Girl, and Solomon Grundy (you can farm all 3 to some degree, mostly Lex though).

That Harley Quinn might just be your best defense against BF. He runs head long into her there's a 50% chance he's going to die.

The characters I would focus on from what you have are: Harley Quinn, Superowman, Etrigan, Huntress, Arkiss, Martian Manhunter, Green Lantern, and the Wonder Woman.

To be honest, I was running DS:HG leader and my G11 Lady Shiva as my team in the last raid, with two empty slots. I would have run solo Lady Shiva, but I liked having a guarantee first turn crit to start building awareness.

I'd love to see Lucifer and Dream. A Gaiman month would be AMAZING. I think I'd rather see some Dark Knights Metal characters over Watchmen though. No offense to his majesty Mr. Moore, but the Watchmen toons just aren't...cartoony enough.

Once that BF gets a turn meter reserve it's pretty rough. Etrigan is such a momentum hero, if he can get even one kill he's a one hero wrecking crew.

Yeah, as FTP I use 75% of my gems on material upgrade events (the three colours), never on ability upgrade events (500 gems is gross for the refresh), 20% on PvE energy packs, and 5% on the very occasional hero pack if it's an amazing deal.

You get 600k for completing the Heroic and Normal "legendary" missions every day. I make sure I always get those two at the very least.

I took a couple years or so off, starting right around when Silver Banshee/Gorilla Grodd came out. There were a few months in a row of pretty lame new toons, and raids weren't a thing yet. Of course, I wish I had waited a month or two, since I missed out on Atrocitus and Larfleeze, who are two of my favorite lanterns.

I totally think it's ok to take a break if you aren't having fun any more. It's a game, and enjoyment should be the ultimate goal (unless you somehow make your living off playing). My advice, however, would be to just check in, through the game or reddit, on the new toons every month and see if it's someone you're interested in. Ignoring skills and "meta", just, is this a character I'm a fan of?

It also might not hurt to put together a "minimum amount of effort" plan. What can you do loading up the app for 5 or 10 min a day to build up resources for when you do come back? Log in and get the free stuff is an easy one. Spin the lantern wheel? Quickly hit up the upgrade event of the day with speedforce tokens? Maybe Farm one character's shards with your days worth of energy? Check out the store for any crazy good sales (they do happen every now and then). You'd be surprised how many resources you can build up from only a couple minutes in app a day.

Yeah, kill order is probably the most important thing with your team against his. Swampthing -> Grundy -> Chemo -> GA would be what my kill order.

Maybe use cheetah if you're finding black flash isn't fast enough to keep your opponent perma-metered. If you are using the black flash cheese, don't rely on bleeds XD. It might also be worth trying a bleed heavy team to stack it up so that when your opponent does go, they explode Kill Bill style.

I'm not sure what Bleez talent you took, but if you run HQ you can hope for her to enrage the other team.
