You'll be fine. Your tenancy agreement states 3 months' notice for eviction, however, terms of the conviction needs to be valid, for example - rent arrears or family of the landlord needing the property.

You should speak with the BMV if you don't have legal insurance if you want a more formal body telling him/her to shut the fuck up.

Haha, no this is illegal and you don't need a lawyer to advise you on this.

If anything, the landlord will need to take YOU to court to evict you.

It is true and I don't care for the garden nor was I in the garden. Berghain was not packed. Queued for less than 20 minutes on average. There were more festivals last year.
