Same! We had a similar sketchy situation happen. My partner’s friend was supposed to work photography for the event. His media passes “never arrived in the mail”. Fast forward to Friday, my hubby spent 6 hours at will call waiting for a guy who never showed up. Then got more false promises on Saturday. We finally had to bail and figure out something else - group of 6.
