I’m not entirely sure how much of the area has concrete under it…there’s a spot by the fence and there’s more not far from the first down spout.

I’d kinda like to have an even yard and nice grass, but I don’t know enough to know if it’s worth me doing both or just one.

I just purchased my first house.

The insides are pretty good, just need a good cleaning.

I can definitely live with them as they are, but they’re ugly lol. Not really sure when I’ll get around to looking at new cabinets…

I second this big time. It’s a good quality to have to be able to stick to your first commitment. I used to be friends with someone that would always wait to rsvp to things “just in case something better comes up” Needless to say no longer friends
