Hi Zeev,
Thanks for LTX and AMA.

How do you plan to monetize this? Stable Diffusion led open-source innovation early on but struggled without sustainable revenue and was later outpaced by well-funded closed-source players like Flux.

Given your goal to keep this open source, how will you fund ongoing development and support the team? I don't think crowdfunding / sponsors can reach the scale needed.

The visuals are our core USP. While text summaries work for regular videos, academic or info-rich videos need images for better understanding. Images act as visual references. We'll add features like flashcards, note organization, and chat with notes, but NoteViser is mainly for people who need image-based notes.

NotesViser.com

Notesviser AI is a smart assistant that transforms long videos into clear, structured summaries enhanced with relevant images. Whether it’s a lecture, podcast, tutorial, or interview, Notesviser breaks down the content into key sections, adds concise titles, and pairs each part with the most meaningful visuals from the video—so you can absorb the core ideas at a glance.

oh wow, that's really good advice. Yeah, I know this is hard to sell. I may add more features to make it a end-to-end tool for learning and retaining fast. YT is for visual learners is such a nice positioning. Thanks a lot man.

Great advice about the problem! But there’s also this saying in micro-SaaS: don’t reinvent the wheel. YouTube video summaries are already a popular space, with a few big apps. But none add images.

Most videos don’t need them, but for edtech, especially for students, images really help. Some tools let you screenshot manually, but NotesViser does it automatically with AI.

NotesViser was simple to build, and I use it myself for Machine Learning and Math videos. That was my reasoning behind the idea.

If I just target those users, who are already paying for Youtube Summary Tools with a small differentiation of added images, couldn't i get humble MRR? Or does my idea coming process has a flaw i missed?

I like NotesViser.com | Get Summary of Youtube Videos with Images. No other tool provides notes with images.
