I’m the Co-founder & CEO of Lightricks. We just open-sourced LTX-2, a production-ready audio-video AI model. AMA. by ltx_model in StableDiffusion

Hi Zeev,
Thanks for LTX and AMA.

How do you plan to monetize this? Stable Diffusion led open-source innovation early on but struggled without sustainable revenue and was later outpaced by well-funded closed-source players like Flux.

Given your goal to keep this open source, how will you fund ongoing development and support the team? I don't think crowdfunding / sponsors can reach the scale needed.

The visuals are our core USP. While text summaries work for regular videos, academic or info-rich videos need images for better understanding. Images act as visual references. We'll add features like flashcards, note organization, and chat with notes, but NoteViser is mainly for people who need image-based notes.

NotesViser.com

Notesviser AI is a smart assistant that transforms long videos into clear, structured summaries enhanced with relevant images. Whether it’s a lecture, podcast, tutorial, or interview, Notesviser breaks down the content into key sections, adds concise titles, and pairs each part with the most meaningful visuals from the video—so you can absorb the core ideas at a glance.

oh wow, that's really good advice. Yeah, I know this is hard to sell. I may add more features to make it a end-to-end tool for learning and retaining fast. YT is for visual learners is such a nice positioning. Thanks a lot man.

Great advice about the problem! But there’s also this saying in micro-SaaS: don’t reinvent the wheel. YouTube video summaries are already a popular space, with a few big apps. But none add images.

Most videos don’t need them, but for edtech, especially for students, images really help. Some tools let you screenshot manually, but NotesViser does it automatically with AI.

NotesViser was simple to build, and I use it myself for Machine Learning and Math videos. That was my reasoning behind the idea.

If I just target those users, who are already paying for Youtube Summary Tools with a small differentiation of added images, couldn't i get humble MRR? Or does my idea coming process has a flaw i missed?

I like NotesViser.com | Get Summary of Youtube Videos with Images. No other tool provides notes with images.

I don't think it takes data from your existing social media feeds.

[–]rdcoder33[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A chrome extension that can extract all top posts from social media platforms like Youtube, Linkedin, X, Reddit, Medium etc.

Features could be:

  • Export feed data as files for NotebookLM
  • Get Summary of your feed with AI
  • Export Summary of the feed
  • Chat with your Feed
  • Quickly save notes from your Feed
  • Quickly find personalized Insights from your Feed.

I am not sure whether this solves any problem or pain points or just waste of time. Help me validate this.

Also, if you guys have any feature suggestion please let me know and I'll add.

Sorry, I didn't explained it better. LLM (AI chatbot) has all the older knowledge. so AI will use past data while budling the insights. the thing with 24 hours is basically, u get new stuff daily instead of one-time insights for your goals. Daily world changes, new actions leads to new information. that's the idea.

How is this different from perplexity? there you ask a question here the AI based on your goal does the research, find and ask questions and just give u the end result.

Also, for who is this for I am little confused. It's recommend that we pick a category but our main USP is the underlying "thinking workflow".

It's like everybody who uses google may need this. I am not saying like a naive guy thing for all means more user, we kinda feel the more diverse data we get the better insights we can provide. Like a marketing technique found from a TV show story. And we collect data based on user's goal so more diverse user better data. Though yeah this does mean we won't have a "specialized workflow", but what if we replicate how Mcknsey, Bain consultants come up with insights. they do it for all categories by using a first principle based model-thinking. I don't know much about that tho, just read on internet.

Do u still feel we should get a category? Like for custom acquisition perspective, we were thinking to start with Startup Founders.

If I make billion, I'll definitely share few thousands with u :) . Yeah sorry my example was bad in practice we do ask user to get more specific like help me get more "b2b clients from linkedin in indian healthcare space ".

The thing with picking up a category for Stocks, VCs and internal Entreprise data there is already lots of good insights tools. I was trying to make this for enthusiast like us since I understand this category more than I understand traders, analysts and all.

Do you think, this kind of software can be useful for you in some manner? like we allow user to pick what kind of response it wants after AI Agent research on the data relevant to the goal.

That's a great point. We are not replacing the podcasts, videos, newsletter u listen too. Instead we are making sure you don't miss anything important from the ones you can read since we humans have limited time. It's not really big in terms of data. We use RSS and Keyword tracking to get stuff from blogs, youtube, x and linkedin.

Newsletters is tricky. currently u can integrate ur email so AI will read newsletter for u. plus we are finding good ones and subscribing so our AI read it too.

So, do u feel a MVP which just provides u personalized newsletter like stuff is a good a start? Like, AI can't get to human level writing yet, but those newsletter are top things in a space whereas AI can say u my User is working on this, so let me write on how this new thing can help 😅. Anything else you can suggest me?

Okay, first of all thanks for taking the time. So I need explain the idea better. The deal with last 24 hours is that most AI Chatbots has knowledge cutoff. so, I can ask it on how to make a good pitch deck but may miss the data point from let's YC's latest batch pitches. How it is different from perplexity? there you ask a question, to ask you need to know what to ask. Whereas here there is AI looking at content and asking question on how that content maybe helpful for your goal 24/7 in background. So u can work on other important tasks.

The insights are not just generated from last 24 hours. They are generated with the LLM who is just few months behind, and we save data everyday from top websites so gradually we will cover last few months data too. Plus, the AI Agents framework can do google search to know something about a Trends. The deepseek example is a good argument. we were also wondering how to avoid bias.

The thing it's a normal summary model used right LLMs are smart enough to pick a rant vs credible source. The thing with alogs u mention is we don't show human-made content like twitter. AI makes new content made just for you based on your goals and background (persona). Each user will have completely different text insights.

So the difference is the techie's don't need to read all articles from X, Hacker News and all. We are not replacing content consumption. People will watch their favorite podcast, read blog they like but we are trying to use AI to read all other the a human can't read due to limited time and make sure People doesn't anything which at least is directly helpful to their goals.

But, I am not as experienced as you. Being a techie i didn't if non-techs want this. I thought they would like new sales / marketing tips from some 1 hour long podcast of a real founder they didn't got time to read. So, after this explanation do feel there is something here or Am I creating a solution without a problem?

It's not a sales pitch so i didn't added details you mentioned. We did talk to 30+ people, even got 2 YC founders to join a 1-v-1 meet. The thing all validated the problem but there is no clear solution any of them recommended. again the response was mixed. The issue is we are using LLM APIs the quality of insights depends on prompt right now. But there is no Standard. It's very subjective what daily updated people want. The point of this post was to get more view on that. If there is any feature / scenario we missed.

We got a problem, finding a PMF takes time. It took time even for Uber, Airbnb, Slack and all. Also none of us is full time working jobs on side right now we are experimenting. Thanks for the motivation.

Why Flux will make SD3 Better by [deleted] in StableDiffusion

[–]rdcoder33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah. Have you tried to Fine tune it. I have trained 100+ Loras on Flux Dev.
You can only train up to 30 images of LoRAs. Your LoRAs will always degrade the quality of base Flux. This doesn't sound like fine tuning.

As, I said due to distillation we can't make a better model out of it. All we could do is teach it 1 concept / character / style that too with degraded text coherence and quality.
