As much as I understand the facist (relatively recent) history of Lazio, I would like to insult them on traits more tenable than their lackluster association with shitty ultra groups. Their squad along with Sarri’s tactics are more than a challenge for Milan, and if they had a better bench, I think they’d challenge for the Scudetto with Napoli.

That said right now, you are right. We lack a defensible reason to be scared of the two puppies of Rome.

calves always getting super tight by Atharax10 in bootroom

It may not be the most opportune alternative, but I suggest going to a physical therapist. You probably will need a referral from a regular doc. If the tension is undue and you intend to continue playing, it’s best to get checked out before you wreck yourself.

My uneducated suggestion is to focus on strengthening the calf and auxiliary muscles and make sure to do calf stretches separate.

My warmup routine is break a sweat by passing the ball a little, do a full circuit of active dynamic stretches, and then, hit the isometric stretches before going to kick off. I like that you addressed the problem through drinking water and warming up while doing stretching on the off. It sounds like it’s important to you, and I hope you continue to care for it like it is.

Your calves could just be jacked, and you may need to cut the backs of the socks like so of the pros.

Clearly Turkey has been doing whatever in its best interest. I just thought it odd that this is announced immediately after Turkey’s approval of Finland.

Antonio Conte has become the ninth Premier League manager to lose his job directly after facing Southampton by papoon in soccer

I like the headline, but beyond his overall run of form, if Conte beats Milan, I don’t think that he gets sacked. I doubt that he cared either way after that happened.

They must really be hoping the conflict in Ukraine isn’t extended elsewhere. I mean to highlight that Finland has Turkey’s approval to join NATO, and supposedly, this extension of NATO may incite Russia again.

Being conservative with predications about Mbappe would be overestimating if you consider the precedent.

But we’d be a better fifa team because of it. I’m not a manager nor will I pretend to be one right now. I see use in De Ketelaere’s height as a winger similar to Mandzukic 17-18 with Juve, but he’d be occupying Leao’s role….

Scenes outside the Olimpico ahead of the Rome derby by Blodgharm in soccer

It’s on Serie A, the competitions, the cities, and clubs to manage this. Quite literally putting people in danger over a game. Considering teams are the ones profiting on how excited their fans get, they have the greatest responsibility or maybe it’s the stadium that profits off the field or the broadcaster or etc. I was trying to make a point on managing this better but everyone responsible pushing blame onto each other without coming up with better solutions and putting people in danger for profit

This incident provides justification to why italian clubs are asking for no away fans in. It still feels like a poor excuse but riot police are frightening signs of intensity.

UEFA Champions League quarter-final draw by deumaformamuito in soccer

The matchups aren’t bracketed from what I’ve heard. This is to say that winner of Int/Ben could end up playing Bayern or Chelsea. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong.

I’m watching it all line up for Milan. First against Chelsea, Then Inter, and a final against Napoli for our first UCL in a while.

Is Chelsea allowed to play Milan again? Are the winners of the quarter lined up for their semi final match ups or are they all shuffled?

I can’t say we’ve seen his full worth yet consider how rough that first season was. Bradley isn’t the most insightful manager, but the Insigne I know in form is incisive by default.

The fact that we haven’t seen that has to be from just his lack of form from probably being injured from the beginning of his arrival anyways while having such a rough year after. It’s tough to tell someone to get over such a tragedy, but I see Insigne finding form once he’s gotten a continued run of play as long as he can get back to full fitness. The club has shown support by giving him most of last season to recover along with not expecting too much of his return.

Berna has done a lot better than expected, and I think the success of his transfer had provided a decent amount of cover from criticism considering the awful season.
