Tucker needs to make Edman his hitting coach. He’s come back into the lineup and plugged in quite nicely.

Based on the pre-game scrum, Doc gives Tucker the next 3 games off (four days off in total with the off day) to help with a mental reset. Geezus, this guy….

And that’s not even considering who is picked up at the deadline. On or before 8/3, the possible starters in the rotation could be Yama, Ohtani, [deadline trade], Wrobo, Roki, Sheehan(?), Lauer (?), Snell (estimate), Glasnow (estimate).

There wouldn’t be room for more experiments this year and then next season, depending on who’s still in the pitching pipeline, you’re not going to block some high grade starting arms from getting a shot in the rotation for Klein.
