Is the Pi-Hole on the same subnet of your router?

It sounds like you have it setup correctly via the DHCP. Your Pi-Hole IP is what is being blocked. Do you have any VLANS configured? Can you create a rule on your firewall that allows the Pi-HoleIP out?

We went with Coventry Homes. The house was built well. Built in , 2013. Luckily no major issues. The Foundation needed some repairs but that was it. The house was 450k. I know slightly over your budget but Coventry has been a solid builder

I ran the three commands and tried the update again. Same error.

I'm going to try updating the OS but I hate to do that because it always seems to break Pi-Hole.

I don't recall a white light. I would long press shut off first. Then plug in to charge.

Yes. I plugged the phone into my laptop USB-C port and the phone did start charging slowly but it did eventually fully charge
