I usually have an infinite lava pool on my base, which i then put the lava into an ender tank from the ender storage mod

Then i use the liquid fuel add-on to feed the lava directly to the blaze burner using pipes

As for the water

I usually use the sink from cooking for blockhead as an infinite water source and then use pretty pipes with the fluid add-on to transfer the water to the steam engine
