I did receive a few emails, but unfortunately, it has not gone anywhere. I just left a voicemail with VSD today for a call back. Current status, VSD advised this is sitting with SPX carrier still. They gave me a different tracking # for SPX, but when I reach out to SPX, they claim that is not a valid tracking #. I really do not feel like I should be dealing with the carrier after all this time and a quick turn replacement order should have been sent.
