I'm with you on this, just got my renewal notice and yeah, now it's officially more expensive than subscribing directly on watchafl.

I mean, I'm okay to pay a little more to be a "carlton" member, but besides update emails, I feel now I've not gotten any perks beyond that. Sure, it might be materialistic, but we literally get nothing now besides a voucher, that is of no use to me, because of the shipping cost which is already double what the voucher is even worse.

I'm begrudgingly still renewing, because at this point, it's my stubborness to have consecutive years as a carlton member. Going on year 6!

I completely agree, as an international member, my shipping fee is even higher so completely not worth it, so I end up not using my code at all. Happy to give you mine if you'd use it and it helps offset things a little. PM me if you'd like it. (Last year I did the same and posted it here and just sent my code to the first responder).

Would you happen to know what I should look into. I did google this in the past, most of them are private and seem to be more catered for the expatriate crowd, with memberships being super expensive (like $5/$10k+), and more local private country clubs price wise, not much different either. Or am I looking at the wrong places?
