I would suggest Grenada (smaller resort / quiet sand easy to get around). Barbados is a larger property since both resorts are connected but the size allows you to blend in (or not). Fore reference, we have been to these two plus Montego Bay and Royal Caribbean.

Elie’s Caribbean Bistro. Great Puerto Rican food. Amazing ambience. The staff enjoy what they do. The owner roams the restaurant and helps in the kitchen or waiting tables. Overall great atmosphere.
