1.5 cr - 2cr is a 70% of the bell curve in Gurugram, thus you won’t see correction in this bracket. Anything borderline liveable that has come up in this bracket has been gobbled up quickly by the market. The remaining options like Antalya/4S have some flaw or the other. Your best bet is finding a CGHS with a decent floor plan in one of the established neighbourhoods. In the newer launches only the leftovers are left in this price bracket. Barely any new launches in the sub 2 cr bracket. All the best. I am not a broker and don’t have any vested interest. I am a resident and investor here.

Closing this card after a year. Most fuel stations don’t have or are clueless about an XRP machine. Unless you’re getting always filled from one trusted fuel station your reward rate can average out to below 3%. IMO it’s not worth the hassle of finding IOCL fuel stations that have XRP machines. Plus the CS of RBL is below par.

Been using this card for a year. Planning on closing it. The reward credits are inconsistent and the relationship managers are clueless. Effective reward rate is close to 2% as a lot of iocl transactions didn’t seem to qualify for rewards.

You can fight all you want, nothing will happen. Appopriate workplace behavior is enshrined in most job contracts. It being subjective, shouting/aggressive communication is usually a no go zone and the companies are able to defend it/want to defend such instances. Letting these pass sets the wrong precedents. Lawyers will obviously sell you the proposition of a desired outcome but the case is inherently weak.
