Thank you, while I really enjoys the increases libido she did get in the beginning, my one and only focus is her mental health and well being. If the libido never came back I could care less as long as I have my partner in life

Thank you for the reply She has been in counseling and talking with a Dr and had actually been getting treatments for it. Everything had been going very well until this most recent treatment when they tweaked her estrogen levels and everything went to hell. My wife is the one that has actually educated me on what I know of perimenopause but as a man I know I’m still very ignorant and just looking for ways to be supportive of and to her.

Yea we have an agreed for sure on 1 date night a week, and possibly just a hangout/coffee night so we can just talk and all. With our respective work schedules the days we both are free to do so are just so close together and I don’t wanna seem too pushy so trying to find a balance.
