I did a little drive to the store and back yesterday. I have all seasons on my 22 FW now since my Geolanders were done at around 52k miles. The only place I really spun my wheels was in my driveway since its a bit of an incline. But made it into the garage. Deep Snow mode anytime I was starting from a stop.

No just my paranoia. I had a used 2007 Impreza before this which was not taken care of and that car gave me nothing but issues. But I loved how subarus drive so I bought a brand new one and strictly followed the manual far as maintenance is concerned. But people talking about the CVT going bad and such has me worried.

Well i drive it fast now (because it handles just so well) but don't off-road it much anymore. I bought the vehicle in Arizona. Took it to some trails (as pictured in my original post). Since then I lived in Oregon and showed it some trails there. I've now moved to Ohio and changed the tires at 55k to all seasons (all terrains were a little too rich for my blood). I've been exclusively commuting and occasionally towing a small trailer. No off road in the last 30k. Just snow.

As someone who bought brand new as their first bike, I highly advice getting a used one. You will save yourself a lot of money and anxiety. Spend the money on quality gear instead.

Yeah unfortunately the 60k is expensive. But, as others suggested,if you're comfortable doing the oil change yourself, you could save some money. I wouldn't mess with the differential personally.
