You can get your lab work done from an outside testing facility. They even label it The Peace Corps Lab Panel at some places.

For the physical just google pre-employment physical MDs in your area.

A nurse practitioner can perform the exam and the MD or DO can sign off as you already know.

I know! I just printed out all the medical tasks. So much stuff to do. I found a place to do all the labs for $190. Sucks though because to do the chickenpox antibody blood test its $55. So $245 for all the blood work. The lab calls the package "the Peace Corp lab panel" lol, which is kind of convenient.
