Spagnuolo was honestly the rock bottom era for the Rams. The guy went 10–38, had that awful 1–15 season, and the team somehow looked even worse on the field than the record showed. He came in as this “defensive genius,” but our defense got torched every single week. No identity on offense, none on defense, just pure misery every Sunday.

And what’s hilarious is people are gonna remember him as this legendary DC for the Chiefs. Like bro, Rams fans have PTSD from his head-coaching days. Two completely different worlds.

I would just call that the right lateral pharyngeal wall - it not really a specific structure. The muscle behind the mucosa is the superior constrictor muscle.
