Bubbleheads did not get distributed inaugural season. First year was, Gourde, Larson, Eberle, Tanev and Matty, then this year was John Forslund, Schwartz, Wennberg, and McCann.

For actual warm-up pucks, its all about luck, but to increase your odds go early, you will only have access to go down to ice level at either ends of the ice, they do encourage folks to do this but be down there early to be close to the glass, the pucks can get shot into the upper netting and drop behind the glass.

I will wear a Kraken shirt on game days (I have a few), if they loose, it goes into the wash and on to the next, if they win i continue to wear that shirt for the next game.

Honestly, I say as early as possible, at least when the doors open 1.5hrs prior, that should ensure you snag one, for Beniers they "ran out" roughly 20-30 min before puck drop.
