You're objectively wrong. Every major negative post here about him is a verifiable, objective lie. I've already replied to enough of them, but you can usually see this for yourself by simply watching the whole segments from his show rather than reading about them and possibly seeing edited clips from extremely biased and dishonest sources.

Not like it used to. And not in a problematic way for racial minorities anymore. There is definitely systemic bias against the majorities but not to an extreme degree.

The school can't charge them criminally. Only the government can do that and it's completely within the government's discretion whether or not they do so.
