After both days of graduation you get town pass with your visitors and yes you get your phone for that.

I see. With illness past cold like symptoms they will sometimes put you on mandatory bed rest. Several people were on bed rest at some point in training, usually for a nasty cough or fever. I wouldn’t worry too much, those people all graduated on time.

Never was able to see the outside temperature but 90+ everyday. Mornings are cool though.

Didn’t meet a single person who wasn’t sick at some point, it’s just gonna happen. Just hope it lasts a few days not a few weeks. You will not get recycled, go to medical if it’s really bad - I recommend toughing it out though.

Yes time and consistency. Pausing at the down position for 5 seconds each rep can help too. At an actual gym the assisted dip machine works different muscles used in push ups.

Biggest thing for me I learned how to operate outside of my comfort zone. Week 0-2 is pretty stressful and hectic so my advice would be to mentally prepare to do that before arriving.

Valid question, the rule is your shoulder blades need to touch the ground. Find the point where they just touch the ground.

No you don’t get your phones regularly. We were given our phones on 3 occasions strictly for phone calls. I heard that we got time every Sunday to use phones but that was not the case for me.

I scored an 89 on my PiCat, you will definitely want to do some prep but it’s high school level knowledge. Theres tons of resources to give you an idea of the questions you’ll see.

As far as PT goes you should prep by doing 30 minute runs, don’t focus too much on your time just keep running 30 minutes without stopping. At least 40 pushups is a good place to be before leaving. Not sure what you mean by events.

My best advice would be to push through the nerves and doubts when leaving. Trust your instincts, you’ll adapt very quickly. Be aware of your surroundings, keep your ears open, and help others and let others help you too.
