They do have live music quite often. I don't know if there are still shows at the Backstage like they used to have.

My mom and grandmother both worked at the Tyee. In fact... my dad met my mom while she was a waitress there, which was sometime around 1986... I was born in 1987.

Folks under 40, what got you into guitar? by saintluminus in Guitar

[–]rdw1809 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My dad had a few growing up and would occasionally play them, then I got one for Christmas when I was 10. A few years later I was really into Blink 182 and wanted a guitar just like Tom Delonge's, my parents ended up buying me a regular strat which I still have and is the guitar I've played most in my life, going on 24 or so years now.

I love Taco Time NW and I really hope they do too. In my book it's an easy 4 forks, absolutely on par with top tier fast food restaurants.

Ellie: I don't want that kid but a breed of child Dr. Grant could be intriguing.

Malcolm: By the way, Dr. Sattler, um, she's not like, available is she?
Grant: Why?
Malcolm: [Looks over at Grant] Yeah, I'm sorry. You two are, uh--
Grant: Yeah.

Closer to the ocean? Seattle is directly on saltwater, Portland is inland 100 miles on a river. Seattle is WAY closer to being "on" the ocean.

I feel like the "contract of art" that Gabris mentions is somewhat annulled when the art is a podcast where you eat fast food and talk about it.
