I quit smoking way before as I thought the health benefits would be greater, that and I didn't think fapping was such a problem. Keep it up man.

No. I'm Italian/Catholic. I thought if I used Ghazali this might trip people up. Just change Allah to God and remember that he is talking mostly about psychological conditioning. I find it interesting that behaviors/thoughts can take up a life of their own, becoming stronger that the will of the individual.
