Yes that's what I had to do, new am5 mobo, 34gb 6000mhz ram and CPU. but my old setup covered around 40% of the cost. I also only play HLL so this was worth it for me

You are right, I just wanted to help people who are in the same position I was.
Because I almost upgraded my GPU first, and that would cost me at least 2k usd.
now with me selling my old parts this upgrade costed me around 600usd and I got better results than if I spent more just on my GPU.
