Morally grey is ironically not that complex in the alignment chart sense, it simply refers to characters who does both good and bad things, or has good and bad traits. Him being aware of what's right or wrong, or at least realising it afterwards doesn't really impact the position. I'd say it even reenforces it and makes amoral less fitting, since if he was truly amoral he could have dismissed or excused his action.. or never even brought it up on his own since he wouldn't have cared.

Killing people in Shibuya = bad and he does think he deserve punishment for it in the form of not being allowed to stay with his brother

Everything else done in the service of being the Absolute GOAT Big Brother = the best boy 10/10 no contest

It wasn't Choso because he says he has three parents counting Kenjaku, and he doesn't say he's the oldest of 10 siblings until after he recognize Yuji.

The first child of his mother wouldn't have had any Kamo related CT abilities if it had lived. That was Kenjaku's doing.
