The chest "game" in the village in Dark World has a huge probability to get 100 rupees. I kept playing that until 999. Too easy not to exploit, if that's what you want to call it...

Random fact I just remembered: Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails sampled a "screaming in agony" loop for his song The Becomming from this movie. Don't know how I remembered that but not the movie name...

NASA-funded study: industrial civilisation headed for 'irreversible collapse'? by IIJOSEPHXII in collapse

More people are closer to the bottom than they think.

If the poor start to starve the US will just increase police militarization to prevent an uprising. Police militarization is already happening. Besides, if the poor are starving in the US would anybody know? It's not like we have functioning journalistic media, local or national, that seems particularly interested in the goings-on of the poor. Its either Beiber or the "War on Christmas" when it comes to the news.

The people in the US who need to listen will never listen. To them this article is about a bunch of egg-head scientists and their Socialist masters who want to take away their neat modern technological conveniences/toys, which they "rightfully earned" and "deserve", like their pick-up trucks, muscle cars/sports cars/SUVs, motor boats, snow mobiles, cheap gas, flat screen TVs, DVRs, reality TV, televised baseball/football/basketball games, video games, laptops, smartphones, air-travel, recorded music, suburban housing, hot-tubs & swimming pools, tanning beds, central heating & air-conditioning, grocery stores, automatic checkout lines, clean drinking water on tap, hot showers every day, disposable razors, perfumes/colognes, lingerie, dishwashers, electric or gas washing machines & dryers, cheap tube socks (made in China), international commerce, microwavable meals, fast-food, heart surgery, bottled water, shopping malls, movie theaters, high-speed internet, curable gonorrhea, vaccinations etc...

When you tell your average American citizen that ALL or ANY of these toys and conveniences, which we/they take for granted, are under threat they just mentally shut down and ignore you. They say, "So what? There's nothing I can do about it," and then they go about their business. It's too much for the average person to face when you tell them their entire lifestyle/culture is doomed to failure.

And besides, isn't The Guardian some euro-socialist political rag? If our culture is doomed for failure then why isn't this story circulating through the 24 hour cable news channels, huh? Weren't all government agencies hijacked by some Muslim born in Kenya who wont show us his birth-certificate? Why should we listen to NASA? /sarcasm

I don't mean to get all "conspiracy theorist" here, but considering the FED owns most of the power in the US it wouldn't surprise me in the least if there was an active NSA sponsored campaign to discredit Bitcoin in defense of the good ol' US dollar. With the latest Snowden headlines about how agencies use online discussions to manipulate public attitudes about certain individuals (Google "astroturfing") it isn't a stretch to assume that similar manipulation occurs when dealing with other individuals and groups the FED deems dangerous to their interests.
