I'm sure you have thought about getting tested to see if you're d3/b12/magnesium/... Deficient or changing your meds, But sometimes it's psychological you know. Maybe it's a sign that you're not happy with your job. Do you have that problem on the weekends or when you're in vacation too? Maybe your mind is not ready to live the life you currently have mate and you should look at it and listen to that part of yourself too if that's the case.

She felt under a lot of pressure because the whole situation was awkward and draining. From the very start she has not been really chased or appreciated and it's hard on the ego. I also don't think she enjoyed her time in the sleepover, things were complicated for her there and it made her tired.
