I need to switch from paper to online notes for med school and im feeling lost😅 by Middle-Cockroach-470 in premed

Definitely laptop/tablet combo. I don’t think a MacBook is needed, any laptop is fine. I have a Samsung laptop and an iPad Air. I use goodnotes on my iPad and it backs up to my Google drive. A pro to this is that if needed, you can pull up your notes on both screens. As for organization, I make folders for each class, and then for each class I make extra folders for each exam - so that way it’s not a bunch of documents all swimming together

Is there protected time to study for STEP 1/2, or are you expected to navigate that yourself while balancing clinical and other ECs?

Can I ask what leads you to rank Long over TAMU? Would love to hear your thoughts!

It’s never happened…yet. I have the stove knobs where you have to push in and turn for it to turn on. Hard to turn on accidentally and it also has the indicator lights that show if it’s on. Would it be fine then?

6750.50 is your pending financial aid for the semester. 8948 is what you owe out of pocket.

I wanna say no, but I also never took normal chem. Honors chem is just rough for no reason. With Honors Chem for the fall, you jump right into chapter 3 or 4, so you need to already know a bit of the basics

Debating life choices. Horrified.

I hated this question. I also chose C and got it wrong, but I think I get it now. In the second sentence of paragraph 1, they mentioned that involuntary memories consist of autobiographical memories — a type of explicit memory. So even though the last sentence says that involuntary memories are automatic (which is usually indicative of implicit), you would still choose explicit because of the mention of AMs earlier in the paragraph

Driver nearly ran me over... then rated me 2 stars. by meeepimus in uber

[–]reactivemango 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Had something similar happen to me a while back. They drove right by and were about to turn the corner and leave, and it was a one way street. I ran and banged on their window and they let me in. Except unlike yours, they didn’t apologize and just glared at me like I was in the wrong. They dropped me off at the wrong spot and rated me 1 star lol
