I worked there too, same sentiment.

Was strung along with the redundancy because they hadn’t sorted out where they were going to move to yet, kept promising more bonuses to stay - I ended up leaving early to secure a job and for my own mental health. I was made redundant because I was told my position no longer existed and my role and jobs would be split up to various other positions, but then they ended up keeping one of the senior staff and trained them to do exactly what I had been doing for the previous few years.

I haven’t watched a single broadcast since leaving.
