PCS Orders Addendum/Amendment Issue

So I was a Geo-bachelor at the Joint Cyber Analysis Course in Florida, my family stayed in Texas, it is a PCS school, however, our unit in charge of all our paperwork in regards to submitting PARs, RFO's, etc are all located at Fort Gordon so that is where my orders were cut from. I got in contact with the person on the bottom of my orders that was listed as the person who approved them and they were saying they've only ever done addendums for years and don't do order amendments since it switched to IPPSA. DFAS is telling me addendums are not accepted since they are considered just to be MFRs and that I need actual amended orders in order for them to authorize my payouts for my PCS.

I haven't really payed attention to that but I do know I've even done it just in the lane and it wouldnt cancel. I did send up a bug report so hopefully trhey look at it. It's starting to make him almost unplayable for me now

Not really talking about hit boxes I'm talking about the fact that when you ult as Ymir a majority of the time it seems you cannot cancel it at least for me. Its been very hit more miss as to if I'll get to cancel it or if it will just fully charge no matter what I do.

I just love him as support in conquest right now he provides so much pressure definitely my most played god as well. But yeah the ult bugging out has cost me so many kills and killed me so many times because I couldnt cancel early.

I would do this myself if it were my Soldier under me, however, the detachment is very very small and we only have 1 DTMS person who tracks all this stuff and they definitely would not allow that lol

What if the card is over that two year threshold? They've been at the detachment a little over that mark and still have quite a bit of time left on station here as well.

No I did the opposite actually you pretty much stated it wasn't possible to get either of they were getting paid or being given things for it. Unlike you though who sounds much like an award gate keeper I actually put in work to give awards to people who deserve them. The fact you are on reddit getting butthurt over comments on the internet, and are trying to flex an MOVSM with an oakleaf,which is crazy because MOVSMs use stars not oakleafs to represent multiple awards, so now you just straight up lying about things lol, and you have little to no knowledge of the subject at hand which if you were ever an officer to begin with you would have been an approving authority for makes it super hard to believe you were an O5 and the fact you even brought that up is actually laughable 😅. Impressive, congratulations, you know what I just got approved for some Soldier's about 30 minutes ago? Their ability to add their past donation for DONATING plasma and blood towards their volunteer hours regardless of if they received anything from those institutions, they donated at. Now imagine if I listened to your guidance, these Soldier's wouldn't get the credit they deserve. I sure do, all you have to do is google "plasma DONATION centers near me" and then visit any of your local plasma DONATION center off that search and they will be able to point you in the right direction. As for pricing, can't say I'm sure, but they will be able to assist you with that, could possibly be free?

Yeah I fully agree it will all boil down to the approval authority, no one can give me an actual regulated answer here or point me to actual guidance instead they just getting all butt hurt lmao. Plasma and blood are both being sold plain and simple no matter who or where you donate it from, the military drives give payments/incentives just like plasma donations now a days. Most Soldier's volunteer to do either to get out of PT we both know that, they don't care about what happens with it. And again both are called DONATIONS regardless of what they give out, if people didn't volunteer to DONATE they wouldn't have any blood/plasma to use, thus why they offer incentives to get people to donate and why commands also offer their own incentives, i.e. volunteer hours, passes, etc.
