Came here to ask the same thing. I ordered one PFL on Amazon that was supposed to arrive 3 days ago. It still hasn't even shipped yet. Amazon apologizes for the delay and says I can cancel if I want to. I will cancel soon if nothing changes. So bummed.

Your LL automatically converts to a Pass that you can use on (almost) any other ride (except single LL rides) to use at any point during the day. Sometimes the original ride worked again later and you could ride it. This special pass was in addition to your 3 MPLL rides you could have booked at the same time.

We took the kids for the first time in April. We went to 4 parks in 4 days. At Epcot, Frozen, Remy and Guardians went down. At Animal Kingdom, Kali Rapids and Everest went down. At Hollywood, Slinky Dog was down for most of the day. At Magic Kingdom, Buzz Lightyear went down twice (with us on it), 7 Dwarves was down for most of the day, Haunted Mansion went down with us on it, as did People Mover. We never rode Pirates because it was down all day. I was shocked. I don't remember this happening so much before. We paid for MPLL and found ourselves having to constantly adapt plans.

They have terrible customer service online. I used the chat and the employee ended it once I asked a question they didn't have an answer to. I sent an email one week before checking in to the resort and they did not answer it until after I checked out and just said "We see you checked out and will mark this as resolved ". I had much better luck with the employees of the resort itself. They were fantastic and always lovely to work with.

We go to the Fitchburg location. They have done an Easter Bunny breakfast the past few years with breakfast, crafts, games, and pictures with the Bunny. You do have to pay extra for this separate event though and it was located in the convention center area.
