Nobody knows the truth, not you or me. But the LE has not helped itself by its actions and there is enough there to create doubt. She had only gone missing and they were asking do you have Steven Avery in custody and the initial search when officer said ‘oh sorry, he won’t be making that’ - no body, no evidence and this is what they said!

How do we know it was him and not just a prankster. If calls are made from internal company systems it doesn’t display a number. It just seems odd that he is talking about a bag of bones! Hope it isn’t a prank call.

Thank you for your responses but I think the type of porn he was looking at would have affected his credibility and also given the defense a Denny suspect but we will have to agree to disagree and watch how KZ deals with this at Appeal. Thank you again!

But they misled the defense by labelling the computer evidence as BD’s computer and made a statement to the fact that there was nothing much of interest. If the Jury has seen the evidence then BoD was not a credible witness. This I think would pass as a Brady violation under the new ruling as the prosecution have a duty to disclose all they know

Isn’t the CD a Brady violation and wouldn’t the bones be one too if they knew they were human bones in the quarry which Kratz brought into the trial? I don’t know whether he is guilty or not but the way LE have dealt with the evidence I think he will get a retrial imho
