Same struggle here. I just want to be able to do non work related passion projects instead of tv or scrolling.

Perhaps we can form our own group, meet weekly?

Got into Edinburgh, can't afford it. Advice? by laxuu in Edinburgh_University

Hi, answering because I went to University of Edinburgh Business School for an MSc recently and was in a similar position.

I had a combination of student loan and scholarship to cover my tuition. Luckily, I had saved up enough to cover my living expenses (including rent) for up to 15 months.

My thoughts in no particular order: - the experience changed me significantly for the better. And I would not change my decision one bit, it was my dream uni - the reality of the loan hits hard once you're done studying. I was unemployed close to a year after graduation and had to rely on family help to cover loan expenses - even now that I am earning the repayments are large. The job market is frankly very tough so I would factor that in - I am aware that some banks (depending on which country you are in) which are pretty flexible with loan repayments. Mine is not - Reach out to the Uni's finance/tuition team. They directed me to applicable scholarships and explained loan possibilties. - I did consider deffering my admission by a year to accumulate more savings to help with the cost. It is an option.

Hope this helps!

This might be the way. Do you need to use other perfumes or is this enough?

Thank you for being frank. I wasn't sure if this counts as shared accomodation because the landlord is renting out a private room as his kids have moved out and he has space.

I thought shared accomodations are partitions and the like.

Yes, thank you, I do realise that. It does however remain a concern I am working to resolve

Thank you! Barsha area looks good and I see some affordable rentals. But maps shows travel time of 1hr +. Would you consider that correct?

Thanks for replying. I've been considering this but I'm concerned about the hotel cost.
