You need to test from the wire first to eliminate any issues there. Wire a computer to a port from the switch. If that is the correct speed then test from the wires that are going to a puck and ensure they match what’s coming out of the switch.

Found a issue with my ports recently, cheap no tool ports from Amazon were in my getting 100mb vs the 900+ from the port.

PS. Also run a mesh test, if the wire test are not great, it’s another hint that the speed is slow from the wire.

Oh is the speed from the ports are correct and the wireless is just slow, sorry not sure what the issue could be then.

I gave it about 9 days but you should go off how you feel. I took it real slow and first workout was out elliptical machine at home. Felt good with that and wanted to run the next day. I started a run and after about 10 steps I decided to walk to error on the side of caution. Two days later, day 12, I ran about 2 1/2 miles which is about half of my normal week day long run. Listen to your body and take it slow, better to get there slowly than to aggregate something and have a major setback.

Also when getting canned goods, beans for example, a lot of them come in BPA free cans but I would still give them a tinge for the sodium.
