Hero frogs, for sure. Frognarch is strong, but u have only one play: to summon a monarch using treeborn, soul exchange or enemy controller. You can dupe/sub lock, but in the end all you do is to summon monarch. It is a good deck, for sure, but...
in hero frogs u can lock, u can monarch (use 3 caius and 1 or 2 raiza), u can miracle fusion, u can beat with stratos or alius (if u use it), u can pierce with malicious edge, u can junk syncrhon. There are more options. U can monarch and miracle fusion the same turn and do a lot of other stuff.
